Create a comprehensive plan to address financial anxiety and stress by paying off debt, creating emergency and sinking funds and developing a monthly budget you actually like.
Learn to regulate and co-regulate, work through exercises related to your money trauma, tackle homework assignments that don't suck — and enjoy custom colouring sheets as you listen to course videos.
Bills and Chills isn’t just math and numbers. Instead, it's a comforting course that's heavily focused on the emotional side of our money.
Worrying about money is exhausting. And for many of us, when we worry, we lose the energy and space to control our spending. Most people forget that if we are anxious, stressed or don’t have a good relationship with money, those feelings impact how we spend, save, avoid or obsess over our finances.
Instead of building a budget and hoping for the best, I can help you identify the roots of your anxiety and how you can start to build a tool belt full of ways to manage those fears.
You deserve to feel more secure. To be able to spend money without feeling like every purchase is the biggest purchase you’ll ever make. I can help you get there — and ensure you feel less alone.
In Bills and Chills, I teach you exactly what financial anxiety is, how it impacts your finances, what type of money trauma you may have, how to create a healthier relationship with your wallet and what you can do to build a solid foundation for your finances.
Bills and Chills focuses on taming your financial fears and anxiety so that you can finally clear up space in your mind to focus on the things that bring you joy — rather than the things that cause you stress.Bills and Chills is for anyone who wants to improve their financial literacy, reduce their financial anxiety, and take control of their finances.
